This privacy notice is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended. It describes how CapitaleEuro collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users who visit capitaleeuro.it.

- Anonymised statistical analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest) — via Plausible Analytics, no user identification.
- Personalised advertising via Google AdSense (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent) — activated only after explicit acceptance in the cookie banner.
- Managing communications (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — replying to user emails.
3. Data processors and transfers
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (S3 hosting + CloudFront CDN) — EU servers (eu-west-1). Extra-EU transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and AWS Data Processing Addendum.
- Plausible Analytics OÜ (aggregated analytics) — EU servers. No personal data transferred.
- Google LLC(AdSense) — only with consent. Data processed in the USA, governed by SCC and Google's IAB TCF consent framework.
4. Retention periods
- Aggregated navigation data (Plausible): 2 years, anonymised.
- Vercel server logs: max 30 days.
- Email communications: up to 12 months from receipt.
- Advertising cookie data (Google AdSense): up to 13 months, per Google policy.
5. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contatti@capitaleeuro.it. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
